Ontario stunt-driving enforcement can mean an immediate 30-day roadside licence suspension and a 14-day vehicle impoundment. A conviction can also bring fines, demerit points, a longer suspension and insurance consequences.
If your driving results in a tow, impound, storage, recovery, legal or administrative charge, you are responsible for the full actual cost. We will collect those costs from the renter and may apply them to the security deposit, as set out in the rental agreement.
